Fees & Costs

Year enrolment, dual diploma

$24,000

As an Australian citizen, you may choose to access the Commonwealth study assistance scheme - Vet Student Loans (VSL), to cover your tuition fees. Your VSL loan is paid back to the Commonwealth through a 1% charge added to your tax rate when you earn a salary of $52,000 or higher. This percentage rate may increase if your salary rises. The loan may, until the debt is repaid, reduce a student's take−home (after−tax) wage or salary and may reduce the student's borrowing capacity.  The student may seek independent financial advice before applying for a loan. Please see www.studyassist.gov.au for more information.

Vet Student Loans
Students using VSL will have no tuition fees to pay other than materials if required.

$0

VET Student Loans is a Commonwealth loan available to eligible students with Australian citizenship, a qualifying New Zealand citizen, or a permanent humanitarian visa holder, and is not means-tested.

The VSL loan is a debt to the commonwealth until it is paid. The loan has income-contingent repayment arrangements, which means you only need to make repayments if you are earning above the minimum repayment threshold. You can make voluntary repayments at any time.

VSL will not be approved for students not meeting the college's eligibility requirements.

Call the college on 03 9495 6622 or go to www.dewr.gov.au/vet-student-loans for more details.
