Thinking about enrolling in a single subject? We have provided a step by step guide that will help make the process as efficient and enjoyable as possible. If you have any specific questions please feel free to call LCAD direct on +613 9495 6622 or email admin@lcad.edu.au

How to prepare

In order to make the single subject enrolment process as efficient as possible we recommend that you prepare and review your enrolment information prior to starting the enrolment process. As you will discover, our single subject enrolment form is presented as two steps. Step 1 will ask you to confirm your name and contact details. Step 2 will ask you to confirm what course you would like to study and how you would like to arrange payment.

How to enrol

Subject enrolments are made directly through this website. You can access a subject enrolment form on each subject page. Please note that completion of a subject enrolment form does not constitute enrolment in that subject. Payment of subject fees must be made to secure your place.

Enrolment deadline

For our single subjects there are no enrolment deadlines. Please be aware that subjects at LCAD are popular and can fill quickly. To avoid disappointment it is recommended that enrolment is completed 4 weeks before classes start. Approximately one week before your class begins you will receive a welcome email including any material requirements.

A Step By
Step Guide

The following step by step guide to single subject enrolment has been created to make the process as efficient and enjoyable as possible.

Step 1: Commit to study

Established in 1995 LCAD is a small, friendly college leading the way in professional Visual Art, Design and Photography education. We offer a specialised combination of theory and practical skills that encourage our students to be creative, innovative and to think independently. Our teaching and administration staff enhance the learning experience and our students are both friendly and welcoming. Our class sizes are between 8 and 14 students enabling a high level of one on one tutoring as well as generating a great sense of community. We offer excellent value for money with our high calibre of teaching staff and our students graduate with confidence to embark on a career in art and design.

Step 2: Visit LCAD

If practical, all prospective students are welcome to visit the college in order to view our facilities and to discuss their forthcoming enrolment. If you would like to visit you will need to make an appointment by calling LCAD direct on +613 9495 6622 or email admin@lcad.edu.au

Step 3: Select your subject

If you are unable to visit LCAD then that is not a problem, simply select your subject online. LCAD offers a huge range of single subjects for students looking to expand their knowledge or refine their skills for professional practice or personal development.

Enrolment & payment conditions

Completion of this form does not constitute enrolment. Payment must be made to secure your place in a short course/subject. Deposits can be made by credit card over the telephone and final payments can be made by credit card, by eftpos, EFT, or cash prior to the commencement of the first class. Final payment is confirmation of your enrolment. Receipts can be provided upon request. LCAD keeps a copy of any unclaimed receipts for 6 months and can be retrieved at any time. Upon enrolment the student has taken a class place and therefore must complete their payment for the Short Course, notwithstanding that the student may choose not to complete the program. If the student is unable to complete their program, credit may be given towards another program or suspension of study can be sought. If a student withdraws their enrolment 10 days or more before the first class, any payment less the deposit and bank charges will be refunded. Courses are subject to final student numbers. Class places are limited. Submission of enrolment form is taken as acceptance of the Enrolment Conditions.
